APPETIZERS

If you're looking for a light, upscale meal before the show, or a traditional appetizer to one of our entrees, these selections are sure to satisfy. 

Century Grille Crab Cakes $12
Jumbo lump crabmeat blended with peppers, herbs and spices. Served with spicy chipotle pepper mayonnaise.
Three Cheese Spinach & Artichoke Dip $9
Fresh spinach and artichoke hearts blended with romano, feta, and parmesan cheeses in a dip served with warm pita bread..
Shrimp Cocktail Martini $12
Chilled jumbo shrimp presented in a martini glass with olive, lemon, pickled onion and cocktail sauce.
Calamari $8
Tender calamari dusted with seasoned flour and fried crispy golden brown. Served in a tortilla shell with a sweet & sour sauce.
Baked Brie $9
A round of brie cheese wrapped in phyllo dough, baked and presented with an assortment of fresh and dried fruit with cocktail wafers.
Spare Ribs $9
Four juicy baby back riblets basted with our homemade barbeque sauce chargrilled and presented with Jicama & apple cole slaw.

Oysters Rockefeller $12

Fresh oysters in the half shell, served hot with cream, spinach, scalions, parmesan & sambuca

Pepper Steak Tips $9
Choice cut pepper steak beef tips served with grilled peppers, onions, & soy sauce over rice.

SOUPS

We always have our Roasted Onion Soup available - people tell us its one of the best in town. Our Vegetarian and Hearty soups change daily. Ask your server about today's selection.

SALADS

Three salad selections served large and delicious. Our new Apple Walnut Salad has been receiving rave reviews!  Add chicken to any salad for an additional charge.


Napa Salad $6
Spring greens, balsamic vinaigrette, dried cherries, pine nuts, red onion, and Gorgonzola cheese.
Apple Walnut Salad $6
Bibb lettuce, spring mix, granny smith and red delicious apples, candied walnuts, raisins and
shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Blended with homemade cider vinaigrette.
Classic Caesar Salad $6
Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, English muffin croutons and Caesar dressing.
Strawberry Spinach Salad $6
Fresh baby spinach salad served with strawberries and a dijon honey vinaigrette, topped with goat cheese pecan-herb crusted crouton.

Entree Salad $12

Make any of our salads an entree-sized.

Add Grilled Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Jumbo Shrimp, or Sauteed Calamari for an additional $4.

Marinated Certified Angus Beef ® center cut with brandied demi-glace and frizzled leeks, served with our specialty Yukon Gold twice baked potato.

Certified Angus Beef ® center cut, served with mashed potatoes, topped with gorgonzola, induced breadcrumbs, & sauteed shittake mushrooms.
Veal Chop $29
12oz provimi veal chop rubbed with our steak marinade and chargrilled to to your specifications and topped with a cider pepper glaze. Presented with our specialty Yukon Gold twice baked potato and fresh vegetables.

Sautéed Lake Perch $22
Lightly coated with seasoned flour and sautéed with lemon-caper butter, served with rice pilaf

Chicken Apple Pecan $18

Chicken breast dusted with a pecan seasoned flour and sautéed with apple brandy, pecans, garlic, shallots, scallions, apples, honey and light cream. Served on a bed of angel hair pasta with fresh vegetables.

Trout Meuniere $21

Fresh rainbow trout lighty dusted with seasoned flour and sauteed in lemon, butter,capers, chopped tomatoes, & scalions, served served with rice pilaf, vegetables, tartar, and lemon.

Pan Seared Scalloops $24

Four jumbo sea scallops lightly seasoned and pan seared golden brown, presented with a rice pilaf with red pepper coulis.Garnished with crispy fried leeks.

Century Grille Lamb Chops $23
Grilled Colorado lamb chops rubbed with oregano, lemon & garlic, serves with flavored mashed potatoes.
Lobster Tail $30
6oz. Australian coldwater lobster tail lightly seasoned and broiled with garlic butter, served with rice pilaf
Mushroom Manicotti $18
Puff pastry stuffed with portabella, shiitake and oyster mushrooms, blended with Italian cheeses.
Baked golden brown and served with angel hair pasta topped with a roasted tomato sauce.
