5oz. Australian coldwater lobster tail paired with a 5oz filet of certified

black Angus beef, topped with a wild mushroom sauce and served

with cheddar and scallion mashed potatoes.

DESSERT

Chocolate Decadence

A flourless chocolate torte layered with chocolate ganache and

fresh raspberries topped with a raspberry sauce.
