When you select our dinner program, each person in your group chooses one of the following entrees in advance. Upon receiving payment, we'll send you tickets that correspond with each entree selection. Your group members present their tickets to our servers upon arrival. Your lunch selections are typically due 1 week in advance of your event.

CHICKEN APPLE PECAN
Chicken Breast dusted with a pecan-seasoned flour and sautéed with apple brandy, pecans, garlic, shallots, scallions, apples, honey, and light cream. Served on a bed of angel hair pasta.

TENDERLOIN OF BEEF
A hearty filet chargrilled to medium and served with a roasted shallot, a roasted Roma tomato, a grilled mushroom cap, and herbed redskin potatoes.

GRILLED SALMON
Grilled Norwegian Salmon fillet topped with Capered Champagne Sauce served with garlic Mashed Potatoes

CLUB COMBO DINNER
(Available for groups of 75 or more. No split orders – must be ordered for entire group.)
Grilled salmon and tenderloin combo served with garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh lemon.
